The author expresses his wish to speak with Hus. No manuscript survives, the existence of the letter is mentioned by Hus (B-S 222): Et ante prandium direxit mihi literam magister Iohannes Helwel. Plebanus sancti Laurencii, scribens quod vellet mihi libenter loqui a longo tempore. Cui in eadem litera reintimavi, quod veniret. Et veni.
